Type SG are single casing heavy duty metal gravel pumps designed for higher head duties such as cyclone feed, long distance pipelines and high static discharge heads.
They are used for the continuous pumping of highly abrasive slurries that contains very large particals, like sand and stone. Gravel pH range is also from 5 to 14.
