Description:
The above shown spare parts are rubber impellers for pump SHR/75C (4/3C-R) and SHR/40B (2/1.5B-R). The smaller impellers are open type, and the bigger one is closed type. The material of these impellers is . is a new type of black natural rubber, of low to medium hardness. is used for impellers and rubber liners where superior erosive resistance is required in fine partical slurries.
1.Applications:
The Impeller is one of the most important part of slurry pump. When impeller is rotating, the slurry pump could meet the requirements of the equipment. However, it is a component which is worn out very easily. Therefore, for long service life of the impeller, the material plays an important role here.
2.Materials:
Shifang Pump offers two solutions for the problem of long service life. We choose the high chrome (Cr26) for the strong abrasive slurries with sharp particles. For the corrosive slurries with blunt particles, we recommend the natural rubber.
