80ZJ-A42 Heavy Duty Metal Lined Abrasion Resistant White Iron Slurry Pump
Introduction:
ZJ slurry pumps are designed and developed by China local enginners. They are designed for abrasive sludge with high head. The ZJ slurry pumps are widely found in co washing plants, power plants and even mining companies.
The SME ZJ pump range has proven performance and wear advantages which will re-write the Total Ownership Cost equation for many end-users.
Oil being lubrication with labyrinth style bearing seals.
Internal liners can be fully worn before replacement as the ductile iron split outer casing provides structural strength to contain all design operating pressures regardless of the worn condition of the liner. Multiple seals available: gland seal, mechanical seal or large diameter expeller seal.
Like ZGB pumps, ZJ pumps are also made of hard metal material only. The ZJ pumps can pump very high pressure. If you are looking for applications where you need to pump the water slurries to over 80 meters, then ZJ pumps are one of the better solutions.
