These large volume gravel pumps from SME are designed to deliver the highest value in terms of quality and efficiency, as well as lowest total ownership cost to our clients. SME produces only horizontal gravel pumps. No submersible or vertical gravel pumps are available.
Type SHG are single casing heavy duty metal gravel pumps designed for higher head duties such as cyclone feed, long distance pipelines and high static discharge heads.
The hydraulic wet end consists of three components: a shell or casing, an impeller and a suction plate/liner to permit easy removal for maintenance and inspections.
Reliable pumps for high discharge head, mildly corrosive slurries and a wide range of particle sizes. Used in mineral processing, mine dewatering, ash and tailings.
