1. Introduction:
FAM10145WRT1 is the impeller for the upgraded heavy duty pumps - WRT Slurry pumps. This wear reduction technology increases the service life of the impellers and has higher efficiencies and lower NPSHr compared with the classic slurry pumps. Materials are available in hard alloy and elastomers.
There are three different types of slurry pump impellers. Open, closed and semi -open. Everyone has their own advantages and disadvantages, depending on the application. Some are better applicable to solid treatment, while others better improve high efficiency. You must understand more information about each type of detail.
Any type of Impeller can be used in the application of the slurry, but the closed pulp pump impeller is more common because they have high tolerance and abrasion resistance. Open slurry pump Imeller can be used for high concentrations, because their blockage may be less likely. For example, in high -density paper reserves, small fibers may block Imeller. Poch pulp may be difficult, you want to avoid blocking pumps at all costs.

3. Components:
Impeller
The impeller, either elastomer, stainless steel or high-chrome material, is the main rotating component which normally has vanes to impart the centrifugal force to the liquid.
Casing
Split outer casing halves of cast contain the wear liners and provide high operation pressure capabilities. The casing shape is generally of semi-volute or concentric, efficiencies of which are less than that of the volute type.
Shaft and Bearing Assembly
A large diameter shaft with a short overhang minimizes deflection and vibration. Heavy-duty roller bearing are housed in a removable bearing cartridge.
Shaft sleeve
A hardened, heavy-duty corrosion-resistant sleeve with O-ring seals at both ends protects the shaft. A split fit allows the sleeve removed or installed quickly.
Shaft Seal
Expeller drive seal, Packing seal, Mechanical seal.

V-belt drive, gear reducer drive, fluid coupling drive, and frequency conversion drive devices.
